Axle Tax Office helps you organize tickets, loads, receipts, payments and business reports. This policy describes Office. The separate Axle Tax IFTA app has its own policy.
Office stores your workspace locally, including business and customer information you enter, tickets, loads, rates, payments, receipts, expense categories, document photos, edits and scanning corrections. Camera and photo access let you capture or import documents. You can use local features without creating a cloud account.
Office uses on-device text recognition through Apple Vision and Google ML Kit. The recognition pipeline does not send document images to a remote OCR service. Google ML Kit may collect SDK diagnostic and usage information, including device and app information and performance metrics. See Google's ML Kit data disclosure and Google's privacy policy.
If you sign in and enable cloud backup, Office sends workspace records and document photos to its Supabase-backed cloud service. Authentication supports the sign-in options shown in the app. Account information includes your email and authentication identifiers. Google or Apple sign-in does not grant Office access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Office and IFTA use a shared Axle Tax authentication account, while Office backup records and photo storage are separate from IFTA records. Office retains recent workspace backup versions and backed-up photos. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete cloud backups. When device photo storage fills, Office can archive local photo copies after verifying their cloud backup; an internet connection is then needed to retrieve those photos.
Deleting a ticket or receipt in Office may move it to recoverable Trash. Trash, audit history, backup versions and scanning corrections are not a promise of immediate permanent erasure. Keep exports of records you need before removing the app or clearing device data.
To request account or cloud-data deletion, email axletaxofficesupport@gmail.com. Identify the account email and whether the request concerns Office data or the shared Axle Tax account. We may need to verify ownership and clarify effects on other Axle Tax products before acting. Do not send your password. Office does not currently provide an in-app account-deletion control.
Export and sharing actions create files or send information to destinations you choose through your device. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. Information you send to support is used to respond and investigate the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary customer information.
Apple handles App Store billing. Office uses StoreKit product and verified transaction information to determine subscription access; Office does not receive your payment-card number. The TestFlight beta provides full access without purchasing or starting a paid trial. TestFlight diagnostics and feedback may be shared with Apple and the developer under Apple's TestFlight terms and privacy practices.
Office uses Apple platform services, Google ML Kit and optional Supabase cloud services for the functions described above. Network services use encrypted connections and account-based access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and account credentials secure. This policy does not establish a fixed cloud-retention expiration.
